Attendees will learn the ins and outs of running form during this workshop. You will learn about proper, injury-proof running form, common abnormal running forms and techniques and how to modify your form to provide less stress to your body and help you run faster and more efficiently!
You will also learn about the most common injuries in runners and how to incorporate a brief program into your weekly training plan to prevent injuries during the training season.
Please wear clothes you can move in.
