Personalized Coaching
One-on-one, personalized coaching is the best way to make sure all of your questions are covered and all of the variables of training are not left to chance. Many people with find out the hard way that training through their first race season on a generic training plan may leave them injured, working at a training level that is too high or too low, or with results that are less than ideal. Have you ever tried to make your own training schedule? Have you followed someone else’s recommendations that weren’t tailored to your needs? Personalized Coaching through Endurance Athletes Physical Therapy and Sport Performance, LLC will leave nothing to your imagination. Personalized Coaching includes:
- Personalized, thorough questionnaire of your specific running and sport training (no matter how low or high level) in the past, injury history, shoe wear, race history and future goals – long and short term
- An initial appointment including functional examination of your movement patterns, any asymmetries, strength or mobility deficits. This can be done in person for local runners and online for remote runners. The initial functional examination will allow me to personalize an injury prevention and strength program made exactly for your specific needs.
- A full training plan including all running work outs, rest and recovery days, strength and injury prevention programming through your goal race or timeline
- An initial recovery program for immediately post-goal to keep you from getting injured or losing your gains made while training
- Unlimited communication throughout your coaching and training timeline
Personalized Coaching is $300 a month for the length of your training plan or coaching timeline. You can choose the length of time needed from one month to as long as you need personalized coaching! With Personalized Coaching, your needs are always first!
Personalized Training Plans
Individual training plans are the next best thing to Personalized Coaching. With a Personalized Training Plan, your needs (again) come first!
Personalized Training Plans include:
